Care Instructions:
Clean before first use and after each use. Dishwasher safe (top rack only) or wash in warm water with mild soap and rinse thoroughly. Nipple Shields can be sterilized. Do not sterilize plant-plastic case. Avoid use of abrasive cleaners. Allow to dry completely before storing. Do not store in direct sunlight or near a source of heat. When to use: For use to ease breast feeding challenges related to latch-on difficulties, overactive let-down, or flat, inverted, or sore nipples. If you are experiencing breastfeeding challenges, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider or a certified lactation consultant so they can help determine the best plan for your unique situation.
 
Warning:
This product and its components are not toys. Do not allow child to disassemble parts. Keep all components not in use out of reach of children. Never leave the nipple shield and the hygiene case unattended and keep out of reach of children. Before each use, inspect the product. Throw away at the first sign of damage or weakness or after 2 months of usage. Do not microwave, sterilize, or leave Sprout Ware® plant-plastic case in a hot car. To prevent contamination, do not store the nipple shield(s) in an unclean or wet container. When using the device, undesirable side effects that may occur are mastitis, cessation of breastfeeding, infant thrush, and poor infant weight gain.
